TV GAGARIN is an installation depicting a lost astronaut in ordinary clothes. How did he get here and what is he doing here? Heroes often follow their own obsessions to places where no one has gone before. But where does this urge to explore come from and what is the point? Why do we long for outer space when we know there is nothing there? We can only hope that the noise in our heads will make sense one day, or that some others will find it amusing.

“What happened to us here? We've cooked 12 lunches together, we made pancakes for breakfast 3 times, been to Dumbraveni and the Richiș Festival, watched two films together and danced the night away for at least 3 nights. On the last day I installed the puppet in the barn. The naturalness and rawness of the wood contrasts sharply with the industrial and technological nature of the TV, and the acoustics of the barn amplify the white noise of the TV. So it's all surprising, it really is as if an alien has landed in the barn. To make the puppet come to life, I had to collect all the extension cords in the house, because the nearest power socket is a long way away. Finally, we photographed the work thoroughly.”
